Monthly Invoice

General information on Monthly Invoice

Here you will find the terms and conditions that apply between you and the store when you choose to pay by Monthly Invoice.

With Monthly Invoice, you compile a month's purchases from the store in one invoice and do not need to give your card or bank details.

  • The invoice is sent to your e-mail address.
  • The invoice needs to be paid within 14 days.
  • Refunds are added to upcoming invoices.
  • Log in to Swedbank Pay to view and pay your invoices.

Swedbank Pay is part of PayEx Sverige AB. When you choose Monthly Invoice, PayEx Sverige AB assumes the right to receive payment and your payment will therefore go to PayEx Sverige AB. For contact details, go to swedbankpay.se.

Payment terms

You always have 14 days to pay from the moment the invoice is created.

If you fail to pay by the last day for payment, there will be an additional cost of SEK 60 for a written payment reminder as well as interest on overdue payment of 19% plus the applicable reference interest rate - at a minimum of 20%.  If no payment is made thereafter, the claim may be submitted for debt collection management, whereupon further debt collection costs will be added.

Credit checks and collection of address details

When you purchase against an invoice, a credit check is carried out.  In some cases this means that credit information is obtained. Credit information can also be obtained from external business and credit information companies such as UC. You then receive a copy of the credit information by post or e-mail, according to your preference.

Information on your address details is obtained from the Swedish State Personal Address Register, SPAR.

Personal data processing

You should always feel safe giving your personal data to us. We do everything we can to protect it, prevent unauthorised access to it, ensure that it is correct, that it is only being processed for the purpose for which it was collected and that it is cleared when it no longer needs to be stored for that purpose, for security reasons or in accordance with another law.

Your personal data is processed, among other things, for the purpose of delivering the payment method you have chosen, carrying out customer analyses, communicating with you via marketing or surveys, carrying out credit checks and identification checks and fulfilling legal requirements such as work to combat fraud or money laundering and terrorist financing.
