What is Merchant Portal?
Merchant Portal is a web-based service that provides 24/7 access to your card transactions. Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator is used as the identification method.
Through Merchant Portal, you get continuous access to an overview of card transactions, service fees, and electronic documents. The service allows you to search for transactions and export them to Excel for further processing, print documents as PDFs, and more – all to facilitate reconciliation.
In Merchant Portal, you receive all your electronic documents related to service fees, purchase documentation, and correction letters directly via the web service.
